ServerlessDays 2021 was initially planned for May. Since we're still in the pandemic, we decided to choose a new date end of summer in order to provide a safe, hybrid experience with a brand
new concept: 3 days, hybrid, interactive, game day, in-depth workshops, panels, and even more focus on the local community. ServerlessDays Hamburg 2021 starts September 15 and ends on September
17.

ServerlessDays Hamburg 2020 was a 2-day conference about Serverless technologies. "Serverless" means: instead of developing your own back-end, you upload and run functions in the cloud. At this conference, we have one day with workshops, and one day with talks. This is a local (virtual in 2020) event series in Hamburg, part of the ServerlessDays family with events all over the world.
ServerlessDays Hamburg 2020 was a Virtual Event.
Due to the pandemic, we hosted both the Workshop- and the Conference Day as virtual events. If you purchased a ticket, this will be valid for both 2020 (virtual event) and 2021.We assume that we can have a local or hybrid event again next year on May 6th and 7th, 2021.
We aim to keep ServerlessDays events accessible. A big part of that is making them financially accessible. The majority of ServerlessDays costs are covered by sponsors, which enables us to offer affordable tickets starting at 35€!
ServerlessDays are a family of events around the world focused on fostering a community around serverless technologies. Each ServerlessDay is unique, organised by locals and not run for profit. They are run according the following principles.
In order to make ServerlessDays Hamburg more accessible we provide childcare for ages 3-8 years close to our venue. ServerlessDays Hamburg wasa virtual event in 2020 so there won't be a child care offering. Child Care will be back in 2021.
ServerlessDays is a community organised event focusing on Serverless technologies and the changing face of application development. We aimed to make it an inclusive conference welcoming people from diverse backgrounds. To reach our goal, we allow people who are part of an underrepresented group in tech to obtain a free diversity ticket.
